📦 What delivery options do you offer?

We currently ship using Evri and Royal Mail, depending on the item and delivery location. Prices may vary depending on size, weight, and speed of delivery. You’ll see available options at checkout.

⏱️ When will my order be dispatched?

Handmade items are usually dispatched within 2 working days.

Personalised items are made to order and take up to 4 working days before dispatch.

If your order includes both types, it will be shipped together once all items are ready.

✂️ Are all items handmade?

Not everything in the shop is handmade — but we clearly mark which items are handmade in the product description. Every product, whether handmade or curated, is chosen to bring a touch of magic, comfort, or fantasy to your life.

🧵 What’s your return policy?

Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

Personalised items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there’s an issue.

🎁 Why did my order arrive in different packaging?

Some items may be dispatched directly from our partner’s storage facilities, so packaging might vary slightly. These items will always be clearly noted in the product description.

🇬🇧 Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently, we only ship within the UK.
